The content on vwlaw.ca (the "Site") is provided for general information purposes only. Visiting the Site, reading its content, or submitting the contact form does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and VanWest Law Professional Corporation ("VanWest Law").

A lawyer-client relationship is created only by a written retainer agreement signed after VanWest Law has completed a conflict check, agreed on scope and fees, and confirmed the engagement in writing.

Please do not include confidential or sensitive details in the contact form until we have confirmed in writing that we can act on your matter. Information you submit before a retainer is opened may not be subject to solicitor-client privilege.
